The Manual
A short guide to what's in Builder Daily, how to navigate it, and the editorial rules behind every story.
What this site is
Builder Daily is a small daily-digest experiment focused on AI news that's actually useful to builders — Claude Code users, agent developers, and people deploying LLMs in production. It ships in 5 languages (English, 繁體中文, 简体中文, 日本語, 한국어), updates roughly once per day, and is read on phones more than laptops.
The six sections
Hand-picked arXiv papers (cs.AI / cs.LG) with reproducibility-first ranking. Every entry ends with a practitioner note describing what builders should actually do.
DGX Spark / GB10 deployment notes — TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, llama.cpp, NVFP4 quantization, and the kernel-level fixes that determine real performance on consumer Blackwell.
Robotics, vision-language-action models, humanoid foundation models, and the build-vs-buy economics of consumer-priced manipulators.
Subagent recipes for Claude Code — the small, single-purpose agents that compose into a daily-publishing pipeline. Each one ships an install command and a sample run.
Frontier-model head-to-head comparisons on practitioner tasks: code edits, tool selection, JSON extraction, long-context recall. Same prompt, same input, structured verdicts.
Every digest, dated. Browse by date or click a tag from any story to filter the full archive.

If a story saved you an hour, the yellow ☕ button in the header (or the floating one in the corner) goes to a Buy Me a Coffee tip jar. That's the only revenue model. There are no plans for advertising or paid tiers.
